Agreement
By using clawdog.com, a CATS dashboard or the Surf Report, you agree to these terms and to our Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Who can use CATS
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe to a dashboard or trade with it.
How you get the dashboards
The dashboards are sold, trialed, billed and cancelled through the TrendSpider Store and run inside TrendSpider. Your purchase, payment and account are also governed by TrendSpider’s own terms. We don’t receive or store your payment card details.
Educational use only
Everything we provide is educational and general. It is not personalized advice, and we don’t guarantee any result. See the Risk Disclosure.
License and ownership
Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the dashboards for your own trading and learning. The dashboards, their code, rules, names, the Surf Report and this website are owned by CATS. Please don’t copy, resell, share access to, reverse engineer or republish them.
Changes and availability
We improve the dashboards often, which can change their rules, wording and results. We may update, pause or retire a dashboard or the Surf Report. Service can be interrupted by TrendSpider, data providers or other events outside our control.
No warranty
The dashboards, the Surf Report and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CATS is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our tools or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the dashboard involved in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Santa Barbara County, California.
